I have been collecting some dead/out of print TCGs for a research project that itself may end up in the graveyard that is my notes.
This is definitely one way to confirm the HPTCG starter deck has been untouched for 20+ years.

I was more familiar with Pokémon and YGO at the time. We went to Walmart for grocery and while there I picked up the Eventide Sidestep theme deck & it's been downhill since.
