I know I have already done a depressing channel update only a month or so.
But shit got a lot worse.

I've had a super hectic past week or so, I will get to the last few #tokentober designs soon, but some good news is I got my first print samples back with my first 3 token designs!
The card back is darker than I'd like but over all, I am really happy with them!

#Tokentober day 28: blood token
This was really fun to etch. I have learned that changing the angle of the etcher changes the character of the metal it reveals, so I was intentional with this one.
Metal with black enamel etched away. On the back: a 4/1 Skeleton token I posted the other day.

For day 26 of #tokentober I went with a movie inspired Orc Army.
I wanted to do Ironclaw Orcs, but I felt since I'm still traveling with a limited palette it wouldn't be apprpriate.

Day 25 - Sliver: One of the best MtG original creatures, up there with Eldrazi and Phyrexians. Maybe one day we'll see the sliver hivemind rise up as a multi-planar threat.

Slivers or sliver equivalents don’t really exist outside Magic, at least as cartoons. So I drew my own! It looks like other slivers, but I didn’t 1:1 copy this! Tokentober has really improved my drawing.
