In terms of the pandemic, this problem is worldwide with governments and societies. It isn’t isolated to just the U.S.

Vaccines work best when we reduce transmission. Letting c19 rip fuels chronic illness, disability, weakens immune responses, and makes even the best vaccines less effective. If you care about public health, you should care about masking too.
