Growing a list of people I block my Instagram stories from, but I really should make it a list of people to unfollow and remove as a follower.

First time taking the train to work and I’m surprisingly pleased with how full this train is.

Usually when I take it, it’s during non-commuter hours and it feels sad and empty.

Although I do like the space, we need crowded trains to push funding and improvements.

One single car accident on the freeway and the whole town just gets flooded with cars. This street can get busy, but it doesn’t usually get “stop and go” traffic busy. #bikesky #urbanism

it really is astonishing how quickly it goes from “civil war” and “blood in the streets” to “wow guys it’s just a sad tragedy” when it becomes inconvenient

There’s a hate problem because you voted in the most divisive President in history

There’s a gun problem because you refuse to make legislation restricting guns

We have a hate problem and a gun problem in this country and you’re surprised at what happened?

Let’s make one thing clear from the start: Charlie Kirk was the victim of a shooting in a country where he, along with other right-wing extremist influencers, have been inciting violence for years. — Kirk is neither a martyr nor a hero, he is a cause.

I went to get help with finding a job and the employment specialist asked me how much I intended to earn with my Bachelors in Computer Science. I said I’m hopeful to potentially earn $70k on the low end.

They laughed at me for that answer.

I’m not asking much, just to not be in crippling poverty

Just learned that to have the same buying power as boomers in the 70s, minimum wage would have to be $66.

I can’t believe it’s been $7.25 since 2009

This is part of why everyone is paycheck to paycheck.
