This administration is filled with nothing but greedy fools who know nothing about leading and is quite possibly the most dangerous administration to lead us in our history. How long will we allow the wants of the few to outweigh the needs of the many? This brazen leadership must end. Impeach now!

And the reckless, careless firing continues. For those not in the know, Trump just fired the FDA testers who make sure internal medical devices are up to snuff. For those who read my long thread, you all know my grandpa is not only a Republican but also a vet. He also has a pacemaker and a new hip.

🚨NEW: Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth is planning to fire Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff C.Q. Brown, a 4-Star General and 41-year veteran of the Air Force who flew over 130 hours in combat as a fighter pilot.

REPOST if you stand with General C.Q. Brown against Hegseth!

How could one think, after even the most casual and cursory look at who Trump is and what he’s done and said, that he was anything but a wrecking ball? Hope Bob now realizes the bigotry wasn’t worth it
Laid-off IRS employee said he had voted for Trump: "I thought that someone with his business acumen would have come in with a fine-tooth comb and actually found it instead of coming in with a wrecking ball and destroying people’s lives for no reason."

This nation was built for and by the will of the people, not for the greed of the rich and corrupt. We deserve better.

A vision of a country, not divided by it's differences, but held together because of them. A nation that has always had the spirit of freedom and liberty running through it since before the pilgrims set foot on it. We left our kings over 250 years ago, and we will never have another.

I'm sure that my grandfather is not the only vet at risks and he is certainly not the only Republican being betrayed. I didn't start this long thread to bash on Republicans, but to get out this point; we are not just the parties we align with. We are a nation built by those with a vision.

My grandfather lives in one of the more rural areas of our state, but it is still close to our capitol, which is where our VA hospital is. But now, thanks to an incompetent billionaire and some random teenagers, the VA is being shut down.

I can't even begin to list off everything they have bungled but I'm sure everyone is watching. One of the biggest things they've razed in my eyes, the VA. My grandfather, a Republican veteran, is going to be impacted by this. I have cried about this. What else can I do?

They say,'we wanted smaller government' and to paraphrase The Adversary from X-Men '97 'Look at where that's got you, kissing the hand that beats you.' They allowed a foreign billionaire to storm into our federal buildings and tell our hard-working civil servants 'You're fired.'

We are a month into this farce of a presidential term, and we are seeing yet again how low our officials are willing to sink. Really clearing out that swamp./s
Some of the reps are seeing their mistakes by allowing this to happen again, but they are not being loud enough to satisfy the masses.

We, as a nation, are being portrayed on the grand stage as incompetent fools. Our Republican elected officials are so spineless they would prefer to grovel at our clown king's feet than do right by us, the one's who put them in charge. I'm disgusted. Apalled.

Throughout our nation's lifetime, we have gone to war for and with our allies. We have taken in their refugees, helped them rebuild what they had lost, and stood by them time and again until they could stand on their own. But now, under this inept man's lead, we are turning against them.

And this wasn't our only war. Our bloodiest, the Civil War, was fought for a multitude of reasons. During that war, one of our greatest leaders stood firm in his beliefs, not only his personal but in the ideals of our nation.

Our nation was made up of immigrants, those crossing the Atlantic to have freedom from their oppressors. Not long after the Mayflower touched our home's shore, we told England and its king we weren't going to pay for it's war and we won.

Integrity is something that our officials in DC and even here in my beloved home state are lacking. Apparently, integrity can be sold to the highest bidder. Our Founders built the framework of this nation not so it could be turned into an oligarchy and certainly not a dictatorship.

I was raised in one of the reddest of red states, but I was raised by the teaching of my veteran family, that we, as Americans, as patriots, must always do what is right even if we do it alone. Integrity has been ingrained into my very being.

As not only a born on its soil American, but as a mixed-race woman, I am scared. I'm infuriated, outraged. And I am ashamed. I didn't vote for him, I voted for who I thought could run our country. But my voice and vote were overrode by those who are bigoted and can't see past their red brims.

I am not a super political person, I have my views, and I will not budge. I am of the thought that my home, the United States of America, was built on the idea of freedom from tyranny, of standing up for what's right and admonishing those who delight in cruelty.

Slowly but steadily, I'm going through my Facebook and I'm seeing more and more just how cyclical the algorithm is on that platform. I can appreciate the memes and the various artist that slide across my feed, but I feel like all my friends are super disconnected from me and each other. It's sad.

It's been a while since I was on here, but I've been doing a lot of thinking about my role in the world and how I feel in the digital space that we all occupy. I decided to get rid of my Facebook on New Year's Day and start a vlog channel on YouTube. I'm nervous and excited about this.
