Honestly, for a 2 attack cost you probably don't even need to bother with mega lucario, there's a lot of ways to power it up fast (crispin, counter gain, Reversal energy). If you commit to a pure anhilape deck there's other anhilapes you can play with decent attacks for one energy as well

Here's a list I found that looks pretty good and has seen some success, You mainly use crashing headbutt with this list, as it can just mill out key resources from your opponent while killing stuff. Counter gain plus neo upper and one other energy let's you fire off a surprise obsidian as well!
