Number Stations, while a remnant of the Cold War, are still alive and well. This is the S06 number station, called “Russian man”, broadcast from Russia and targeting the pacific region, received at my station just outside Seattle, Washington.

@astrokatie.com when I saw the 2017 eclipse, the corona was pretty wild in comparison to yesterdays eclipse. I haven’t seen anything explaining this and was hoping you could shed some light on the differences.
