Maybe I'm crazy, but for years I've been thinking, that with their giant footprint of surface parking in Jersey, Patco actually has an opportunity to spurn a lot of economic growth, including increased ridership, by converting those lots into garages and mixed use development.

Most of I-95 (as with all highways) should be demolished, buried, and/or capped wherever it cuts through cities.
