While I do have a few minimal critiques with Flins’ design, there’s only two that I’m truly irritated over.
One, Hoyo has a cop-out excuse for: the lack of pointed ears. The excuse being that he’s trying to blend in.
But the other… is his hair. I don’t like what they did for the back here… at all.

This is what I felt when MDZS & TGCF were victim to being bought out by Crunchyroll, & TGCF was dubbed.
“Normie” anime fans don’t deserve danmei donghuas or donghua in general, given that most won’t give a fuck enough to call it the correct name, or won’t watch it at all bc it’s in mandarin.
