Gene Hackman is a legend. He's given us SO many great movies over the years. My favorite is probably The Conversation...although The Unforgiven and The French Connection are right up there. And 100+ others...in every performance, he gave 100 percent.

I LOVE that the Stanley will be a film center and horror movie museum. This is the hotel on which The Shining is based, though it looks a lot more like Stephen King's book hotel than Stanley Kubrick's movie hotel. I'll be making an Estes Park road trip when it opens.
