A few days into 🦋. Have been detoxing from the other place - and just feel less irritated. It’s less stressful here. Hoping more medical sites migrate across. Have now removed the twitter app from the home screen. Let’s see. Next step is closing the other account - or just visiting less and less…

Trying to find good Emergency Medicine folk/organisations on here. Any recommendations? Have found a few but need a few more to migrate/duplicate from over there. Have tried the “check who other folks are following”. Guess I’ll need to be patient. Rome wasn’t built in a day etc.
