We’ve planted our combination cherry tree from Raintree Nursery and look forward to Rainier, Hudson, Nugent (NY518), & Lapin cherries in 2-3 years!
Although we love sharing with the deer, we don’t want them to hurt the baby tree, so it’s surrounded with tomato cages left over from the Midwest!

This past week I got my first CPR request through PulsePoint. Luckily I was already wearing pants, so I flew out the house and beat 911 to the scene.
This app is impressive. It helped me arrive quickly, had CPR reminders, and checked on my post-incident mental health. I wish all communities had it.

Today I’ll be going back to the wildlife refuge to look for Dane Paulsen. It is a beautiful area, and I hope the land returns him to us. Our community will never give up.
