This is coming from my extensive training in epidemiology - where we also acknowledged some of the more aggressive business tactics by Monsanto (now Bayer) to ensure product adoption in lower/middle income countries.

There is some clinical equipoise there, and certainly a dose dependent relationship with risk, but it is not 0.
