I know that there's been what looks to be a small but persistent water main leak coming down between 24 and 26 Fahey for over a week, now. Perhaps they're working on that...?

To point 1., I also believe that to be the case. Because there's a strong likelihood that donnie's pagents were a pipeline for Epstein's operations.
