I'm the one humanities major on a STEM team of engineers, and they all treat me like I'm a human wikipedia, without really realizing it. My qualification for this is that I'm moderately well-read on a broader degree of topics than they are, and thus this makes me some kind of sagacious wizard.

You can check to make sure by using free AI detection tools like ZeroGPT. It's not completely reliable, but it's better than nothing. I know lots of profs who are convinced they can always spot when a text is AI-generated, but that's getting more and more difficult. www.zerogpt.com
