I can’t imagine what that must— wait, is that true?” the shocker, face partly covered in webbing, smirks and aims both gauntlets at spiderman, charging them up to fire a shock blast. “what do you think?” spiderman, alarmed: "oh man… not again.”

"you're welcome." panel 8: wide shot of both standing on the rooftop. the shocker concedes, "so i guess i'l go home now. clearly, whatever i had planned was wrong, and i'd like to thank you for stopping me before i did something i’d regret.” spiderman replies in surprise, “wait. seriously?” “yes, seriously." panel 1: close-up of the shocker as he says, “i didn’t want to do this—i'm just desperate. but there’s always another way, right? so i want to thank you for what you’ve done here today. for stopping me. I owe you.” panel 2: the shocker extends his large gauntlet toward spiderman, who shakes his hand, replying, “sure. anytime… mister…?” panel 3-6: the shocker smirks and says, “just call me the shocker!” as his gauntlet unleashes a massive blast of energy, electrocuting spiderman mid-handshake. electricity crackles across the panel as spiderman writhes in shock. he is thrown backward off the rooftop, his body flailing as he falls. he crashes violently into a dumpster in a dark alley, debris flying everywhere. lying among trash bags, spiderman groans weakly.
