Linus reporting the Steam Machine might be overpriced, and AMD rumored to be raising prices soon. Yeah, I might end up biting for the GPU, at this point...
If GPU prices don't get slashed this Black Friday, I'm probably just gonna give up and get the Steam Machine for this use-case, just because of the form factor. Would still like to at least shrink down my work rig a bit more though to pull less heat.
I've had been planning out for a while now to take my current and spare parts and just split them all up into two different builds (one for gaming on my TV, and one for working at my desk), but it could be costly and I worry about the size/noise from a mini-ITX build overall.
