Respectfully disagree. European food for the most part is far healthier. Fewer antibiotics, pesticides, growth hormones. Fewer factory farms. Last fall in Italy it was rare to have an item on the menu that had “previously been frozen.”If it was, they wanted you to know and stated it on the menu.
