This is due to Wright's on-site consulting for four months in 1928 relating to the "Textile Block" construction used in the hotel. Albert McArthur had been a draftsman for Wright, and specifically asked Wright to assist with implementing the textile block system, which became a signature element of the hotel's appearance.

No. I just rembered those were available. I'm not doing much these days. I started a pretty good N layout, but stalled.
Here's a couple of my experiments where I combine my actual layout with photographs to get ideas of how I want it to look one day. By chance I found out that in being so small
The factory building in this shot is made entirely of heavy card stock printed with an inkjet printer. There are a lot of sites online where you can download these things for free. And since they're images, it's easy to change colors or make adjustments. On the right side in the front, this is a mountain that I made from various materials that turned out very well. The rest of the background is from a photograph I took. The trees and bushes along with the grass or added in photographically. I had some photos of steam locomotives check out some big clouds of smoke, so I worked one of those into this one just for fun.
