The captain of a container ship that struck an oil tanker transporting fuel for the U.S. military on Monday was a Russian citizen, the company that owns that ship said on Wednesday. There was no immediate indication that the captain’s nationality played a role in the crash.

Normally, I would oppose a government shutdown. In this political climate, the USA needs a government shutdown. Shutdown and stand up for democracy. Please stop agreeing to all the heinous acts that are occurring. Silence is compliance/agreement.
