Tuckwrmans Ravine, took this photo 7/2022 after descending the ravine. I had taken Lions Head up to Mt Washington. Truly one of the most difficult physical challenges for me. I think if I had walked up to this ravine, I might have turned around 🤣

Finally got out for a hike this weekend, much needed. And I think I finally found hiking boots that don’t aggravate my plantar fasciitis.

3rd time is a charm? I’ve attempted sourdough starters twice before. 1st time I was moving and had to kill it. 2nd time I killed it by accident. Who knows what will happen this time?

Finally making time for my fitness. Last year was brutal and I truly did not make the time for simple things like yoga. Did 20 minutes last night and that was eye opening. Definitely on a mission to get back to where I was fitness wise a few years ago.

So I’ve been at my job since October, our first department meeting was all about making sure we take care of our mental health as the year gets busy with work. I swear I have never worked anywhere like this.
