I went through this so many times with my venous outflow issues too; I found the actual cause on my angiogram and the neurologist said "I don't think it's that because I don't know anything about that".

My partner got a set of Japanese watercolours recently, and while she's enjoying the paints, I'm having the best time with the bilingual colour chart! I'm constnntly fascinated by how different cultures put colours in different spectrums.

I used to have this twist beanie I got in Japan that I loved, but like everything, I lost it to the mould house.
But I recently realised I could recreate it now I'm learning to sew, so I looked up tutorials, tweaked them to my needs, and voila, new beanie! 🎉
Now to find fabric like the one I had!

I got an email this morning that made me think "gosh I'd like to send them a card..." and despite feeling generally crap today, I managed to get up and make one of these. 💗
It was quiet, soothing work and both easy and satisfying. we only have normal printer paper but I'm still really happy with it!
