Saw somebody trying to explain this and being shot down. Did some research. This is why allowing #measles to run rampant is so dangerous. As well as possible nasty outcomes - end up very resistant to measles while it wipes out immunity to other things. I had no idea.

Just shows how far knowledge has come since I did my Clinical Biochemistry and Molecular Biology degree late 80s. Always kept an interest but I had no idea about the impact of measles infection on the immune system affecting general susceptibility to any infection.

Complained to IPSO about the misleading headlines in some of the British press linking symbols on the ammunition that killed Charlie Kirk to the Trans community. We now know they are linked to the far right Groyper ideology. The editors code expressly says they have to print a correction.

Because the language is woolly!!! Subjective. Dependent on who walks through the door and their experience and understanding of the school context. It’s that exact variable that causes a lot of the anxiety!!!

Hardly straight forward fraud is it? I admire her for resigning. But I regret her loss from government and think she has been held to standards many others are not.
