It feels weird enough to be in the wellness sphere I don’t need to add white person yoga in a faux casual setting. (But I will add what was aspirational to me: following every silly whim that makes me happy, even if it’s not “productive.”)

Bad angle but I can’t move- huge milestone! My step cat (I came into her life when she was 10) has decided mine is a worthy lap. You truly never know how others think of or see you until they show it!

The way you first learned to do something is not necessarily the right way for you. This guy thinks “sit” means “sit only on surfaces your humans eat off of, the floor is unacceptable.”

There is always room for self improvement, it just depends upon how we react to that fact. This young man smelled his (empty) balls, made this face, then set aside his ego and started grooming himself. I'm very proud

Sometimes life throws challenges your way that seem insurmountable at first. I can help you make them feel more manageable, just like I helped to socialize this feral cat who seemed irreparably afraid of humans! (OK this was just an excuse to share a photo)

I shouldn't say this as a coach but I PERSONALLY believe that sometimes teaming up with one's enemies towards a common goal can be effective

Are you stuck creatively? Is your ego so tied to your work that nothing you do is good enough? Try a different artistic medium you KNOW you're not good at to get back into a creative mindset. I drew famous dog Snuppy and his bird friend Altamont.
