Maybe check with a local appliance store and see if they have a box in their recycling bin that would work? Also, there may be a source in your area for gently used boxes and packing material. People often give it all away for free when they’re done with it 🙂

Saw this photo on another social media site and grabbed it as a reminder to myself that you don't need a lot of space to create good art. From Willow & Twigg in Hampshire (the similar name is a coincidence). Such a tiny space, and yet room for a rolling mill!

When I quit I chewed boxes of peppermint flavored toothpicks to splinters. And I got pretty good with a yoyo. But unfortunately, those things do not speed up your metabolism like nicotine. Anyway, well done, you! Quitting is hard! Stay the course! You’ll even things out later 🧡
