Actually yes! A lot of them have moth-like antennae that are used for echolocation :D

The plants consume the mikwit, Somatei don't typically try catching it. They do use bioluminescent plants as lanterns though! They like to use luminescent moss in jars for such uses, especially some that survive for a while in water.

The mushrooms are the big ones :D Though Somatei live on a planet that never had any contact with Earth, so it's hard to say how their size would compare to ours :p
