Many great explorers, inventors and leaders became famous through the ages, but in recent history, the biggest names are the scientists and jewellers who finally cracked the secret of lifestone fabrication, the very magical gems that contain Somatei souls.

White is widely seen as boring, or like the absence of color; it's fabric waiting to be dyed or the mark of species living in dark biomes.
An interesting white thing though is rimstone pools! Delicate white rock walls form shallow basins where life can thrive. They make popular swimming spots too!

Tzeco's flora can take many colors including green, but that shade is most strongly connected with Soma, the primordial moss beds Somatei are born from.

Tlu tzicoza (water antennae) have a golden tint when ripe. This plant is commonly grown in fields, then harvested and treated to make fabric. The live plant's long barbs are rather sticky, a useful feature for catching and consuming tiny airborne luminescent plants called mikwit.

The blue keltza is the most common base for Somatei houses. They build walls around a live keltza, using the cap as a roof. Some varieties of blue keltza can't even reproduce without Somatei help anymore, making it a true symbiotic relationship.
