I like NASA, people with empathy, & science/exploration in general. Climate change should be everyone's #1 policy issue, because it makes every other policy issue worse. Please enable people that trust scientists, women, and a reality based upon facts.
So yeah, the future is worth fighting for & all it takes is us b eing smart & having grit to make this moment work for us. It's doable though. He'll I'd argue as a country we've had worse odds in our favor.

The American people are reaching their breaking point, especially anyone that isn't fucking rich & those politicans that are able to understand will have a future. Those who don't or who have already misjudged the moment (I'm thinking of Newsom, yes he pivoted but too little too late) won't.

So who is the right candidate? Who knows. 2028 is a million years away in political time & yet I can say that it probably looks like Mark Kelly. Not AOC. That Mark fucking Kelly, a Senator in what again should be a red state is going after the rich in his speech tells you the ground is shifting.

I'm tired of a lot of people on the left wanting to do things based on vibes. We tried that in 2024, on both the left and right. Would anyone say things are going great as a result? I hope your answer is fuck no.

1: America hates women. Including a lot of women. That hasn't changed. 2: Down ballot matters, and AOC like Bernie before her has no fucking down ballot legs. 3: Swing voters are idiots, they remain idiots.

Instead cowards in Arizona let Trump destroy the Republican party in Arizona. Being smart means understanding that you need to run the right candidate. AOC is the wrong candidate on the Presidential level. For three reasons.
December 20, 2025 at 9:49 AM
That being said, the status quo is dead and that means we get to build the new world in it's ashes, and it takes being fucking smart as well as couragous. Arizona is a good example of what can happen when you are stupid. Arizona should be a light red state.
December 20, 2025 at 9:49 AM
That being said before January 20th, there was a status quo that was sort of locked in place. Incrumental change was the best we could hope for under that status quo, and anyone who says otherwise is frankly lying to you.
December 20, 2025 at 9:49 AM
That isn't to say it's going to be easy, or that there isn't a cost. A lot of innocent people are going to needlessly die, that is a fucking failure that we all have to live with. We failed each other as human beings, pure and simple & the most vunerable people in the world are going to suffer.
December 20, 2025 at 9:49 AM
It's not enough to have heart as a liberal, you also have to have fucking brains. The big picture matters. Building a better world involves maintaing systems at WORST. Was the system in place last November perfect? No, but now everything is decidedly worse for decades to come

They didn't care about USAID/NIH cuts last years (millions will die), etc. I could go on but the point is this admin is pro-death, it just fucking is and by only caring about Gaza. These people helped exactly fucking nobody & I'd argue harmed more people.
November 30, 2025 at 10:49 AM
and remember Boeing at this point would probably want that to be the case. Lol, because Starliner is costing them more money than they're making from NASA.
November 24, 2025 at 7:00 PM
Boeing as a company has existed to increase short-term profits since the McDonnell Douglas merger. SpaceX meanwhile is a private company that doesn't have to please shareholders. Greed is bad.
November 24, 2025 at 6:50 PM
Correct. Millions will die because USAID was destroyed, anyone glad USAID was destroyed is a terrible person no matter their excuses. They can go fuck off forever.
November 23, 2025 at 5:58 PM
Important to note. Obama was a generational political talent and arguably he failed to capitalize on that talent. Granted, the GOP was against him from day 1 but not an excuse. Also, the part we see isn't the important bit. Governing matters and only time will tell if he can govern.
