A visual guide depicting the steps needed to add lighting and shadow to an object like an apple. These steps visualize the classic method of lighting from painting adapted to digital art format. These steps include determining primary and bounce light sources. Using dark blues and purples for shading, and mixing hard and soft blended edges to achieve a semi realistic shading/lighting coloring of an apple.
