This was a big part of why I got into climbing. It was good because initially I was able to get short, intense workouts in and over time I was able to sustain effort longer and longer. Climbing +low-impact cardio was my personal recipe for success.

Hang in there. Lots of progress is invisible. You’re growing and getting stronger even if your results aren’t measurable yet. Just keep showing up, and it’ll happen

It is on, yes. The thing that looks like a hold is actually a start tag for the green route next door, but there is a good right foot smear. My next run I used it, and it worked out a lot smoother.
