I was thinking about this healthcare issue and I think it deserves a nuanced discussion. Truth is there are decent plans out there but employers need to be willing to take on the costs for their employees. Some employers do and some don’t. Maybe employers could negotiate for better rates?

If we stop linking to bad columns and instead post thinkers we find valuable (& generate convo around it), incentives change.
