What's a #TTRPG mechanic that's got you jazzed rn?

For me it's the wounds and hit dice mechanic in DURF; damage is taken as wounds (after armour), total HD (d6) are rolled against total wounds. If you roll under, you die! Same for PCs and NPCs/monsters.
