Also in the Chivarakkhandaka, in the Mahavagga, in the Vinaya Pitaka there is an episode when the Buddha had an excess of doshas in his body (𑀤𑁄𑀲𑀸𑀪𑀺𑀲𑀦𑁆𑀦𑁄/Dosābhisanno), from which he was cured by Jivaka.

In SN 36.21 (Sivaka Sutta) the Buddha says that not everything a person experiences is a consequence of Karma, sometimes it is a consequence of the doshas. In AN 5.207 (Yagu Sutta) the Buddha says that rice porridge (Konji/Yagu) calms the Vata dosha.
