Wow! Beautiful walk and that cheeseboard is to slobber over!!! 🤤I started making my own cheese. 🤦‍♀️Real cheese like this is getting way too expensive in the US. Can't stand that over processed stuff. Pic 2 is my DYI cheese press with weighted exercise balls. Now we wait at least 4 months. 🤷

Stupid question: what is swede??? The rest looks close to my Kraut. I add apple, garlic and fennel bulb and sometimes mix red & green cabbage. Once my purple carrots grow, they go in there as well. Spices I use are coriander & Fennel seed. I'm not a fan of caraway.🤷

looks awesome! I had to learn to bake without my trusted Challenger Pan and oven at 500F to bake bread in a Cosori Toaster Oven for 6 months while the contractor remodeled my kitchen. You at least have an ear on your bread! 😍I never did. Enjoy life and be glad you're away from this shitshow here.
