Baked from frozen🥶, continued.
I consider this bake a success, even with the denser crumb, which was expected due to the prolonged cold retard of the dough before.

Baking sourdough bread from frozen 🥶
I’ve tried this method a couple of times before as an experiment. This time, it was a necessity- one of the safety switches kept tripping every time I turned on the oven. Had to freeze a couple of loaves, and left one in the fridge to see how much I can push it

I cherish my old CD 💿 and DVD 📀 collections
There are currently only 22 films streaming on Netflix made before 1980 and not a single one made before 1960, with the oldest film on the platform currently being PSYCHO. I know I’m a broken record but: buy physical media, support your local library, etc etc
