I just went to the fridge and was struck by how colourful the 2 cross sections of my pizza wrapped in cling film looked. I made 2 large pizzas earlier, cut them into 6 and then froze the majority. Easy tea with a salad for another night. #sourdough #bread #breadsky #pizza

Recipe below. I omit the cooking in the oven. I’ve tried it once and it ‘melts’ all the suet which then looks a mess! I have never had any bother with the fruit fermenting in the jars (but it may happen).

Christmas mincemeat made (Delia Smith’s recipe once again) ready for making mince pies nearer Christmas. I have used her recipe for decades and you won’t taste any better. This should be especially good as the only brandy I had to hand was Remy Martin! (6 tablespoons thereof) #christmas #mincemeat
