Gig alert: Playing at Palmer's Thursday night.

I got two gigs this week with Storm Coffee in Minneapolis: 7/15 at Zhora Darling with Sunny Duchess and Deletist and 7/19 at the Terminal Bar with New Age Phonograph.

REVISED gig alert: Neighbor Dog ran into a scheduling conflict, so we will now be joined by J-Mo on the Beat for this Acadia show on April 13.

Made some nice raisin-pecan sourdough yesterday (recipe from the Pain D’Avignon Baking Book.)
Two small loaves of crusty bread on a cutting board. They have been baked at high temperature and a few semi-burned raisins are visible dotting their crusts. A slightly out of focus shot of a slice of the bread from the previous picture. The interior is studded with golden raisins and chopped pecans, and the crumb structure is tinged faintly purple from the raisins.

Pretty pleased with the way this loaf of bread came out.

Made an apple cake tonight.
