I love this paining. I bought this original oil painting in a market in Bangkok, Thailand nearly 10 years ago. I talked with the seller who was the son of the painter. He told me that his family lived in the north and his dad painted things that they saw in their community. 1/2

This is my take on Turkey that no one asked for. Turkey, when well prepared can be very delicious. The problem with turkey is that to prepare it well takes 24+ hours! It’s the prep to taste ratio is the problem. I can make a delicious steak in less than 30 minutes.
