🎓 Our evidence is consistent with workers learning about firms, with the "easy interview penalty" being larger in less well-reputed establishments.

📚 Key finding: Difficult interviews signal colleague ability whereas easy interviews convey a nonselective process. Those who accept offers after easy interviews are less satisfied with their jobs and exit the firm faster.
