This is my current read: Valley of the Vikings by @lizkessler.bsky.social - and yes I borrowed it from Kirklees Library simply because of the word Vikings. Rather enjoying it. Children's fiction is just as good as adult fiction. And I'm definitely wanting to add Liz to my future podcast guest list.

Now, there is a LOT to be said about the representation of Norse Gods and other characters from the pantheon, etc.
Marvel has a LOT of influence there...
Book representation has always interested me.
Yet I sometimes forget how much Book Covers also have an impact.

Finally finished The Savage Moon by Theodore Brun.
The drama and tension and indeed violence is as savage as the title suggests.
It made me shiver, gasp, curse and I loved every minute of it!

Finally finished The Savage Moon by Theodore Brun.
The drama and tension and indeed violence is as savage as the title suggests.
It made me shiver, gasp, curse and I loved every minute of it!
