Just also explain the ca. 2'000 missing deaths from end of last year that suddenly appeared in the data in March, while you're at it.

My opinion:

A very sudden, very pronounced, regionally uneven reduction of mortality in the 0-64 is very likely a data respectively acquisition system artifact.

Look at Zurich, for example.
