A rather large joy is that our living rooms are no longer white! I especially love how those peaks through doorways worked out. (All the furniture arrives on Tuesday.)

Jeg kan slå dig... Jeg har tilbragt eftermiddagen med at forberede min kærestes madpakke til i morgen! Men nu er klokken over 17, så jeg må hellere komme i gang med aftensmaden, så den er klar når han kommer hjem.

Since I only do vegan, GF and so on whenever friends are visiting (because real friends cook stuff their guests want to and can safely eat!) I don't really need this recipe - but I'm still filing it away for future use, just in case...

Feeling worn out for n advance. Have to leave home at 5:40 tomorrow. To catch a bus to catch a ferry to catch a coach to make it in time for a blood test at 10:05… And then appts with a doctor and a nurse and then home again.

As an amateur I quite enjoy the French wars of religion… But also a bit of French medievalism, because without it those wars don’t quite make sense. Of course that necessitates a rudimentary understanding of the Carolingians, which in turn means reading up on the Romans… And so on!

I forgot to bring my water bottle to work with me. Fine enough at work, but the last leg of my commute home was uphill 150ft vertically in scorching sunshine so I really, really missed it! (I did remember to wear a hat today, though, which was good.)

The first ever pride March on the island of Bornholm literally has my workplace as the starting point tomorrow at the exact time I get off work. There’s obviously no way I’m not joining that. I’ve only ever been to Prides in Copenhagen, London and Berlin, so provincial Pride will be novel. And cool.
