Baby cousin is working to apply for his first college internship and sent out an SOS to our cousins group chat. We have since blown it up with advice on how to write a resume, update his LinkedIn, which training courses to take… and I am just so proud of us 🥹 #khmerkids

I have spent so many mornings feeling alive, vibrantly alive, after reading a Louise Glück poem out loud, although most of them were about death. I’d like to think when hers finally came, she knew the path forward, having already invented the language for it. RIP dear, Louise.

The customers at my donut shop don’t know it yet, but they will be blessed this weekend with some 70’s Ethiopian jazz funk with their AM pastries and coffee courtesy of Hailu Mergia & The Walias. Sounds so much like 70’s era Cambodian funk, I think my parents will be down w it too
