I think the more horrifying implication of all of these companies getting rid of their DEI programs - even more so than the loss of these programs themselves - is, like. Those programs exist to insulate them from civil rights lawsuits. Which means they're not worried about those lawsuits anymore

It's kinda funny how the Republicans want to model Hungary's illiberal democracy to hold power and force up the birth rate through "pro-family" policies while Hungary's fertility rate (1.53) is still far below replacement.

There's no country that has stopped declining fertility rates.

Sure is great how the states that have seen the biggest surge in population growth over the last few decades (sunbelt) are also the ones most vulnerable to climate change disasters. Florida and Texas lead the way. It's stupidity incarnate.
