There’s nothing quite like stomping around atop an Iron Age hill fort at Breedon on the Hill, Derbyshire in the heart of ancient Mercia⚔️later a monastery then a church; ‘Briudun’ according to the 7th C Anglo Saxon Chronicle, meaning ‘a hill’ and ‘the hill’. So it’s really ‘A Hill Hill on the Hill’😆
