Good Evening all- how is it December! 😭 Has anyone else had the Thrulines update on #Ancestry ? It doesn’t seem to work well on my little laptop 🥲

The cost of obtaining copies of probate grants, wills or letters of administration will increase from £1.50 to £16 per copy on 17th November 2025.
This huge increase in cost will no doubt have a significant impact on FH research. If possible order any wills you want in advance of this increase.

Hello everyone at #GenHour- a brief stop in from me today!
I have been confined to my house a lot due to flooding this week (I was luckily not affected.)
In better news, I came across possibly one of the best newspaper articles so far in my research concerning my illegitimate 4x ggrandfather!
Good morning from New Zealand #GenHour What has everyone been up to #Genealogy -wise over the past week?
