I like to eat chickpea pasta with chicken and have some snacks afterwards to prepare for finals (it's high in protein and fiber). I tend to pull all-nighters this time of year to compensate for not studying some subjects throughout the semester. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

One barrier to healthy eating is the cheapness of unhealthy foods. As a full-time college student, it's difficult for me to buy healthy groceries into my budget. For example, I would rather buy cheap pasta rather than steak because it is hard to buy meat in this economy. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

Peanuts are one of my favorite snacks to eat. Honey-roasted peanuts are my favorite. Peanuts are also a good way to incorporate into a keto diet as it is high in protein and fat and low in carbs. Keep in mind to eat in moderation. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353
Peanuts are low glycemic, high in protein, a great source of healthy, #monounsaturated fats, and a great source of vitamin E, folate, #magnesium, and #copper. Just watch the portion size (1 oz has 160 kcal). Enjoy! www.prevention.com/food-nutriti...

Keto is a popular fad diet where people consume a low amount in carbs and high amounts of fat. The goal is to lose weight, like most fad diets. Going vegan does not mean that it is healthier. There are also bad ingredients in vegan items. Oreos, Fritos, and Ritz Crackers are vegan and not considered to be healthy. There is no scientific evidence that vegan is healthier since vegan foods can be highly processed. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353
