i am ***this*** close to switching to code-oss because vscode keeps shoving their stupid copilot into my face.

`v=spf1 -all` for spf and `v=DMARC1;p=reject` for dmarc probably sufficient for that case.

psa for all mail server selfhosters to properly set up dmarc/spf/dkim/everything else because we can't have nice things, sooner or later people will start spoofing you.
