First up we have Scott Overton who writes SF thrillers that makes you think of Michael Crichton when you read them. Scott’s latest is called Zenith: Aftermath about super-high-speed train’s inaugural trip goes wrong and they are transported to a world where human beings have vanished.

Spent Saturday afternoon tooling around Toronto’s annual Word on the Street and talked to a lot of publishers, booksellers, writers, poets, and artists.

12 year old me would be floored to know I finally got to see Devo play live this past Monday night in Toronto. They’ve always been a huge part of my musical identity. It was a great show and the best part was it ended before 10 pm.

My sister gifted me a copy of Philip K Dick’s 1964 novel The Unteleported Man she found online. It’s a 1976 UK Paperback with covert art by Chris Moore who I just found passed recently. PKD expanded this in 1983 shortly before his death and was published as Lies, Inc.
