I'm a big Journey fan, so my immediate pick would go to Frontiers. I also like my fair share of power metal though, with Helloween's "Better Than Raw" being another favorite of mine.

Hmm. I don't think there's game music I actively dislike (let alone just one track), but I'd probably say that the final boss music from Spyro: Enter the Dragonfly is certainly up there.

The one that got me into video games of course! I played some other games of course, but I don't think a game changed my life quite in the way Sonic 3 did.
